Main Floor has a double hide-a-bed. Sleeps up to six guests. All linens are furnished. Utopia has 1½ Baths with an indoor Jacuzzi tub. There is also an outdoor Hot Tub located on the patio.

Utopia is located in the woods, it is not located on the river; however, it does have a water view.
